Tribute Session with Bombay and his family
When I received the call before Christmas asking if I would be able to fit Bombay and his family into my schedule for a Tribute Session it was a no brainer. His family had just recently moved here from the midwest and then found out that Bombay had terminal cancer. It was heartbreaking to say the least and I immediately moved a few things so we could schedule a session at Laguna Beach as soon as possible.
We were in the middle of a weird rain-storm for California and I was worried that the session would have to be pushed out. But the weather broke long enough for us to take some memorable and beautiful images of Bombay, his furry sisters and mom and dad. Looking at him that day, I would not have known that he wasn’t feeling well. He really had fun chasing the frisbee and running on the beach. He had the Border Collie gleam in his eyes and was ready to play.
Bombay’s family had to say goodbye on January 2nd and they miss him so much. I am so very lucky to have had the honor to meet him and his family. Time goes by so fast.
